Job summary

The Husband & Wife Law Team in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hands-on Closing Team Lead to oversee daily operations, coaching, and workflow guidance for the Closing team. You will partner with the Closing Manager to ensure timely execution and quality review across closing tasks.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of legal closing workflows, experience coaching teams, and proficiency with Outlook, ADP, Timeproof, and DOMO.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of legal closing workflows and case management systems.
• Proven coaching, training, and team support experience.
• Ability to review time records and provide actionable feedback.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with confidentiality.
• Experience with Outlook, ADP, Timeproof, DOMO, LawBoards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily team presence and confirm priority needs.
• Serve as first point of contact for task questions and CMS issues.
• Coordinate calendars, notify paralegals, and communicate with leadership.
• Review timecards and provide feedback; support manager.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings and training activities.
• Lead the Closing procedures and support continuous improvement.
• Prepare trainee work and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure timely communication of requests and escalate appropriately.
