Job summary

The Husband & Wife Law Team is seeking a hands-on Closing Team Lead to guide the closing operations, coach team members, and ensure timely, quality performance across tasks. You will partner with the Closing Manager to maintain accountability and consistency while mentoring staff and refining procedures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of the Closing team with daily coaching and feedback.
• Experience coaching and training teammates with accountability.
• Strong organization to manage schedules, deadlines, and priorities.
• Ability to review DSBs, letters, reports, and time records and provide actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily team presence and confirm priority needs.
• Serve as first point of contact for task questions, CMS issues, and workload concerns; escalate to Manager as needed.
• Update calendars, notify paralegals, and coordinate communication with Manager or lead.
• Review DSBs and timecards; provide backup support for timecard processes.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with virtual assistants; review DOMO reports and task lists.
• Create and maintain training schedules; secure approvals and coordinate trainers.
• Deliver in-person Train Rides and participate in candidate interviews as requested.
• Draft and update Closing procedures for management review.
• Provide input for bi-monthly team meetings and back up Manager when needed.
