NVR is seeking a Closing Specialist to support the closing process. You will work with closing officers, the title department, and vendors to secure verifications and documents needed for closings, preparing title commitments and NVRS documents, including deeds, under attorney guidance.
You will verify funds, issue checks, initiate wires, and ensure accurate recording of deeds and security instruments in compliance with state law and company policy.

This position pays $50,000 - $55,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by factors including the candidate's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location.
