Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a Sales and Settlement Administrator in Charlottesville to support the construction division and keep operations running smoothly. You will perform accurate data entry for new home options and contracts, track progress through the sales pipeline, schedule settlements, and coordinate with lenders, attorneys and title companies.

• Sales & settlement processing experience in Real Estate is a plus.

Responsibilities
