Job summary

Chick-fil-A Mansfield is seeking a Closing Shift Leader to support high-volume dining operations in a positive, people-focused environment. Shifts run 2pm–11pm, 3pm–11pm, or 4pm–11pm in a fast-paced restaurant with strong teamwork and guest service focus.

Responsibilities include aiding in day-to-day operations, training new hires, opening/closing as a key holder, and ensuring exceptional service with clear communication. Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required.
