Knrlegal in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a Closing Paralegal to provide clerical support on prelitigation files under the supervision of Attorneys and Paralegal Manager. You will assist with document preparation, client communications, and other duties related to closing cases.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in insurance, medical billing, or related fields, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably a Paralegal Certificate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years experience in related field such as insurance or medical billing.
• Prefer bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to manage documents.
• Excellent English grammar, interpersonal skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support on prelitigation files under supervision of Attorney and Paralegal Manager.
• Assist with document preparation and review; communicate with clients.
• Manage case-related tasks including logging daily mail, correspondence, and meeting deadlines.
• Support with settlement paperwork and disbursements as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct in all interactions.
