Job summary

Opendoor in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to own the closing experience for acquisitions and resale. You will bridge between contract execution and closing, coordinate with Title and customers, and build AI-powered automations to cut manual work.

You’ll manage 200+ concurrent transactions with proactive communication, exceptional service, and a focus on scalable automation across teams. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing operations, title, escrow, real estate, or related transaction-management role.
• Experience building or working with AI automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating complex issues clearly.
• Technical proficiency with CRM systems and workflow tools; quick adaptation.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of transactions (200+).
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own closing operations and act as primary customer-facing contact to ensure timely closings.
• Build and deploy AI automation workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Coordinate with Title and internal teams; escalate issues quickly.
• Provide high-touch support for buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.
• Respond rapidly to requests with same-day resolution when possible.
• Regularly audit processes and implement automation improvements.
• Maintain real-time records in CRM and transaction systems.
