Chick-fil-A North Haven is seeking a Closing Kitchen Team Member to join our fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen. You will prepare, cook, and present menu items safely and quickly while upholding high standards of quality and food safety.

You’ll work with an outstanding team through the end of the day to ensure the restaurant is ready for the morning shift, with opportunities to advance and grow within the brand. Join us for a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Ability to work 10–15 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and accurately according to our standards.
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen throughout the shift.
• Deep cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen stations at closing.
• Safely shutting down and cleaning equipment.
• Restocking and preparing the kitchen for the morning team.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification.
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator.
• Protect the interest of the operator.
