Job summary

Chick-fil-A at The District is seeking Back of House Team Members to prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently while maintaining Chick-fil-A standards.

You will learn kitchen stations, stock inventory, and keep the area clean. The role involves safe operation of equipment, adherence to dress code, and completing opening/closing tasks with a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently per Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know kitchen station assignments (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and procedures.
• Work safely around equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete opening or closing tasks and adhere to dress code.
