Job summary

Chick-fil-A North Haven is seeking a Closing Kitchen Team Member to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will help prepare and present high-quality menu items with speed and accuracy, while upholding food safety standards and our commitment to guest satisfaction.

As part of the closing crew, you’ll finish shifts, deep clean stations, restock for the morning team, and contribute to a welcoming, teamwork-focused environment where growth and advancement are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work a minimum of 10–15 hours per week.
• Understand Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and accurately.
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen throughout the shift.
• Deep cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen stations at closing.
• Safely shutting down and cleaning equipment.
• Restocking and preparing the kitchen for the morning team.
