Job summary

Chick-fil-A North Haven is seeking a Closing Kitchen Team Member to join our fast-paced kitchen crew. You will prepare, cook, and present menu items quickly and safely, ensuring adherence to high food safety standards and fresh, delicious results.

As part of the Closing Kitchen Crew, you’ll finish shifts by deep cleaning and sanitizing stations, restocking for the morning team, and supporting a smooth opening the next day.

Qualifications

  • Available to work a minimum of 10–15 hours per week.
  • Understand the Chick‑fil‑A customer service standards and operational excellence.
  • High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and accurately according to our standards.
  • Keep up to date with current promotions and new products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen throughout the shift.
  • Deep cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen stations at closing.
  • Safely shutting down and cleaning equipment.
  • Restocking and preparing the kitchen for the morning team.
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training to include annual re‑certification.
  • Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator.
  • Protect the interest of the operator

Closing Kitchen Team Member

Team members safely, efficiently, and accurately prepare our menu items while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety. Our goal is to serve every guest fresh, delicious food in 90 seconds or less.

As a Closing Kitchen Team Member, you'll work alongside an outstanding team through the end of the day, ensuring the restaurant is ready for a successful opening the next morning.
