Transnation Title Agency is seeking a Personal Closing Specialist to join our Clinton Township office. You will process title and escrow orders, coordinate transaction documentation, and support the closing process for real estate transactions where title insurance is provided.

You will work with customers, lenders, and real estate professionals to ensure accuracy and timeliness. The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to handle multiple transactions, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in title insurance, escrow, mortgage, banking, or real estate preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Order and file processing: obtain and review information to place title and escrow orders; process escrow files; ensure title commitments and related documents are completed and delivered timely; review surveys, legal descriptions, and purchase agreements; track file activity.
• Customer service and communication: provide proactive and professional communication; coordinate closing dates with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents; respond to emails and calls; communicate concerns or opportunities to sales team.
• Administrative support: perform general office duties; maintain confidentiality; support a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
