Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Premier Title Specialist to support Avenue 365 Lender Services in delivering end-to-end title processing for refinance and purchase files. You will review title materials, order documents, prepare settlement items, and collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, processors, attorneys, and vendors to ensure timely closings and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of real estate title, closing, and document processing experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of industry purchase experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office on Windows.

Responsibilities

• Review title search materials for vesting, legal descriptions, liens, judgments, and exceptions to be satisfied prior to closing.
• Order title searches, tax certificates, and other required documentation.
• Review and prepare CPLs, wiring instructions, title commitments, property reports, and attorney letters.
• Work with underwriting to clear complex title issues and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate loan and cash purchase transactions and track earnest money.
• Prepare settlement documents and assist closing teams.
• Provide courteous, professional service to borrowers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and vendors.
