Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Real Estate Closing Attorney in Atlanta, GA. This fast-paced role is ideal for recent law school graduates or junior attorneys looking to gain hands-on experience in residential closings within a supportive, training-focused environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing closing documents, abstracts, trusts, and probate matters, representing lenders, buyers, and sellers, and preparing settlement statements. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be barred in Georgia or awaiting GA bar results.
• Understanding of real estate closings and settlement statements.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-service oriented with clear communication.
