Job summary

The Bachrach Group is actively recruiting an experienced Real Estate Closer for our Atlanta offices (zip codes 30097 and 30337). This in-office role offers a collaborative environment with room for growth and a compensation package including salary plus per-file closing bonuses, health and dental benefits, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) plan, FSA, EAP and expense reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of settlement statement preparation and balancing a file with lender instructions and funding.
• Residential real estate closings experience preferred.
• Experience as a closer at a law firm is highly preferred.

• Maintain communication with all parties, ensuring sale adheres to company policies and regulations.
• Order title searches, prepare title policies, and resolve property tax issues.
• Balance files per lender instructions and funding requirements.

We are actively recruiting for our long-time client who is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer for their Atlanta offices (zip code 30097 and 30337).

This firm offers a collaborative working environment that is in office full time with room for growth and advancement. Total compensation package to include: Salary + per file closing bonuses, Health, Dental, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, 401k plan, Flexible Spending Account, Employee Assistance Program and Expense Reimbursement

General knowledge of how to prepare a settlement statement and balancing a file with lender instructions and funding. Note, these are residential files, not commercial. Experience as a Closer from a law firm is highly preferred.
