Responsibilities include reviewing closing documents, abstracts, trusts, and probate matters, representing lenders, buyers, and sellers, and preparing settlement statements. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be barred in Georgia or awaiting GA bar results.
• Understanding of real estate closings and settlement statements.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-service oriented with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Review closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency.
• Review title abstracts, trusts, and probate documents.
• Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers in residential real estate closings.
• Prepare and review settlement statements.
• Balance files per lender instructions and funding requirements.
• Manage multiple files daily in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent service to clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.
