Ideal candidates have a bachelor degree, strong writing and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work with lenders, legal and servicing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and strong academic record.
• Able to perform commercial/multifamily closing responsibilities with adequate training.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
• Sound decision making and risk analysis capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform closing responsibilities including due diligence review, insurance review, and loan document review and modification.
• Coordinate loan funding submissions, closing calculations, and funding handoffs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business, legal, and servicing contacts at agencies and lenders/investors.
• Promote sound risk management and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
