Job summary

Grandbridge seeks a Closing professional to perform commercial/multifamily closing duties, including due diligence review, insurance checks, borrower organizational review, and loan document modification. You will support AML/KYC compliance, document storage, and closing calculations.

You will develop strong relationships with lenders, agencies and servicing teams, assist with problem assets, and promote risk management and a cohesive, team-oriented culture in line with Grandbridge values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic record.
• Experience with commercial/multifamily closing tasks and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Perform closing duties including due diligence, insurance reviews, and loan document review.
• Manage closing calculations, funding submissions, and servicing handoffs.
• Develop relationships with agencies, lenders, and servicing contacts.
• Assist servicing/asset management with problem assets and borrower requests.
• Promote risk management and compliance with policies and procedures.
