The Container Store in the United States is seeking a Retail Employee / Project Specialist to greet customers, design and sell storage solutions, and process orders at the register. Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers.
• Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets customers in-store or at the front entrance.
• Suggests solutions to organizational challenges throughout the store.
• Designs and sells custom closets and storage solutions.
• Operates the register with a focus on great customer experience.
• Enrolls customers in the rewards program.
• Performs merchandise processing during early morning or evenings.
• Maintains the Sales Floor according to brand standards.
• Supports carryout to customers' cars via curbside or parking areas.
• Assists with cleaning routines (dusting, restrooms, vacuuming).
• Processes orders for curbside pickup and/or delivery.
• Organizes the stockroom to support selling efforts.
• Performs tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
