Job summary

RiseMe seeks a meticulous Closeout & Warranty Coordinator to drive project closeout and warranty activities from punch list to resolution. You will coordinate with Project Managers, manage subcontractors, and perform smaller repairs to keep projects on track and to RiseMe standards.

You will document client communications, maintain records, and ensure safety and cleanliness on-site while delivering a seamless experience through final inspection and handoff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on residential construction experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete closeout and warranty work independently.
• Excellent problem solving, organization and follow-up skills.
• Clear client and subcontractor communication; reliable transportation with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Own project closeout and final punch lists.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Supervisors to schedule items.
• Perform smaller punch list tasks (touchups, caulking, carpentry).
• Coordinate subcontractors, in-house crews, and vendors for larger items.

Closeout & Warranty Coordinator

Position Overview

The Closeout & Warranty Coordinator is an hourly position that is responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are finalized to company standards and that warranty requests are handled promptly and professionally. This role bridges the gap between project completion and post-construction service, ensuring clients receive a seamless experience from punch list through warranty resolution. The position combines hands‑on technical work with coordination responsibilities, helping the company maintain its reputation for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Field Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Reporting

• Attend weekly meeting with Field Operations Manager to determine priorities and schedule
• Communicate with and escalated necessary issues to Field Operations Manager
• Document Client communications and status updates in Buildertrend regularly

Job Closeout

• Take ownership of project closeout and final punch lists.
• Work with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure all punch list items are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform smaller punch list tasks personally (e.g., touchups, hardware adjustments, caulking, minor carpentry).
• Coordinate subcontractors, in-house crews, and vendors to complete larger punch list items.
• Ensure jobsites meet company standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness before final inspection and client handoff.

Warranty Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all warranty claims.
• Receive, document, and evaluate warranty requests to determine validity.
• Perform smaller warranty repairs directly, or schedule appropriate crews, subcontractors, or vendors for larger work.
• Maintain detailed records of warranty requests and completed work.
• Report recurring issues or trends to the Field Operations Manager and Project Managers for continuous improvement.

Client Relations

• Provide homeowners with consistent and professional communication throughout the closeout and warranty process.
• Set clear expectations with clients regarding timelines, responsibilities, and outcomes for punch list and warranty work.
• Ensure client satisfaction at project completion and during warranty resolution.

Quality & Standards Enforcement

• Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and quality during closeout and warranty work.
• Identify gaps or recurring issues in workmanship and communicate them to the Field Operations Manager for process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on residential construction experience (carpentry, finish work, or related trades preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to complete or coordinate repairs efficiently.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, with strong follow‑up skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
• Must have a complete toolset and be capable of independently diagnosing and completing project closeout and warranty work, including but not limited to rough and finish carpentry, drywall repair, painting and staining, caulking, hardware and cabinet adjustments, minor flooring and tile repairs, accessory installation, punch‑list completion, and other finish‑related repairs.
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits

• $27- $35 per hour
