Job summary

Numeric is hiring an Implementations Associate in San Francisco or New York. You will do hands-on work that gets new customers live: configuring their workspace around how they actually close, connecting their ERP and subledgers, running trainings, and keeping the project moving until they're closing in the product.

Implementation is the ops-and-process side of our post-sales team: structured projects, technical configuration, and real project management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting experience with fluency in the monthly close and reconciliations.
• Public accounting backgrounds welcome; in-house at a high-growth company is a plus.
• Breadth across the close, not a single specialty.

Responsibilities

• Configure customer workspaces, AI-first, to reflect customers' close.
• Connect ERP integrations (NetSuite) and sub-ledger connections.
• Run onboarding trainings and live reconciliation walkthroughs.
• Manage implementation workstreams like projects and chase homework.
• Elevate blockers to Engineering and Product with clear context.
• Build toward more technical close-surface areas and faster onboarding.
