End-to-End Implementations Lead (AI Finance)

Job summary

Numeric, the modern financial data platform for accounting and finance, seeks an Implementations Manager in SF or NYC. You will own new customer implementations end to end, from kickoff through go-live, coordinating milestones, and aligning responsibilities with customers.

You’ll perform technical configuration, ERP integrations (NetSuite depth is a plus), train customer teams on an AI-first close, and drive to a successful adoption where numbers close cleanly in Numeric.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in the shape of an accounting manager or technical accounting manager who has owned a monthly close.
• Proven project leadership delivering complex implementations.
• Deep understanding of ERPs and financial data movement between systems.
• Ability to guide customers with confident, evidence-based advice.
• Experience automating workflows with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of implementations end to end from kickoff to go-live with clear responsibilities.
• Configure ERP close checklists, reconciliations, flux, and reporting; debug ERP integrations (NetSuite depth matters).
• Train accounting teams on the AI-first close so go-live means a modern close.
• Go deep on product surfaces like Cash, defining depth and fluent use of AI-assisted workflows.
• Handoff implemented projects to CS with clear blockers and documented accounts.
