TheCompany is hiring for an Implementations Manager—Finance Transformation in a hands-on, customer-facing role. You’ll own onboarding and implement scalable finance workflows, working directly with finance teams to redesign processes across ERP and data ecosystems.

Ideal candidates bring CPA/Big4 experience, ERP know-how (NetSuite or Workday), and a history of delivering complex projects while balancing customer needs with realistic challenges. This is an in-office role with equity included.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or managing an accounting close process; Big4 or CPA experience preferred.
• Strong exposure to ERP systems and finance technology—NetSuite or Workday.
• A track record delivering complex operational or systems projects.
• Confidence working directly with senior finance stakeholders.
• Natural curiosity around automation, AI, and process improvement.
• An ability to balance customer empathy with healthy challenge.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects.
• Translate accounting processes into scalable system workflows.
• Work across ERP, finance, and data ecosystems.
• Run stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
• Support integrations, data migrations, and process redesign initiatives.
• Partner with product and engineering teams on complex customer requirements.
• Create repeatable implementation frameworks as the team grows.
• Help customers adopt new ways of working rather than replicating old processes.

TheRole

Thisroletendstoappealtoaspecifictypeofaccountant.Usuallythey’rethepersonwhoendedupowningeverysystemsproject,everyprocessredesign,everyreconciliationproblemnobodyelsewanted,andeventuallybecamemoreinterestedinfixingworkflowsthanrunningthem.

You’llworkdirectlywithfinanceteamsduringsomeoftheirmostoperationallyimportantprojects.Sometimesthatmeansredesigninghowaprocessworks.Sometimesitmeansuntanglingyearsofsystemcomplexity.Sometimesitmeanspushingbackonacustomerwho’stryingtorecreatethesameprocessthat’sfrustratedthemforyears.
