Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a CLO Deal Administrator 2 to support the CLO group within Global Corporate Trust and Custody. You will settle bond and bank loan trades, book cash movements, track asset attributes, and provide clients with regular reports.

Prior finance experience and strong data interpretation are essential. The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week, with exposure to syndicated loans, corporate bonds, ABS, MBS, and mezzanine debt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically two to four years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
• Ability to interpret data and identify exceptions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Settles bond/bank loan trades and invests excess cash as directed by Portfolio Manager.
• Books cash inflows/outflows to the portfolio and tracks asset attributes.
• Provides daily/monthly/quarterly client reports; assists Analysts with investor reporting.
• Ensures data accuracy and timeliness through proper booking and reconciliation of activity.
