U.S. Bank is seeking a CLO Loan/Asset Administrator 1 to join Global Corporate Trust in Chicago, IL. The role supports complex bond portfolios, performs cash reconciliations, and assists with investor reporting across multiple financial systems.

Ideal candidates have an associate or bachelor’s degree and up to two years of relevant experience, with strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and solid communication skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Typically an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically less than two years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash activity and balances across assigned bond and investment portfolios.
• Review and research differences between projected and actual payments received.
• Investigate discrepancies using financial reports, governing documents, and multiple internal and external resources.
• Support investor reporting activities and ensure appropriate access to information.
• Forecast future payments by analyzing balances, interest rates, payment schedules, and other financial data.
• Maintain accurate portfolio records and documentation.
• Monitor outstanding issues and partner with internal teams and external providers to resolve exceptions.
• Navigate multiple systems and reports to ensure accurate and timely portfolio processing.
