Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a CLO Operations professional to maintain loan and investment records across a private credit portfolio. You will perform borrower-level interest calculations, verify reference rates, and ensure accurate amortization schedules are aligned with credit agreements.

You will reconcile interest amounts, flag discrepancies, and maintain capital activity logs covering commitments, repayments, and unfunded balances.

Responsibilities

• Maintain loan/investment records and assist with borrower-level data tracking across the funds private credit portfolio
• Perform borrower-level interest calculations on a quarterly basis, including verification of applicable reference rates (SOFR/base rate), applicable margins, amortization schedules in accordance with underlying credit agreements
• Reconcile calculated interest amounts against payment notices and invoices provided by the fund administrator, flagging discrepancies for resolution with the admin
• Maintain and update borrower-level capital activity logs, tracking funded commitments, repayments, PIK accruals, and unfunded revolver/delayed draw balances across the portfolio
• Review and process administrative notices received from borrowers and agents, including borrowing notices, prepayment notices, rate election notices, ensuring accuracy and timely recording in internal systems CLO Operations
• The individual will be responsible for trade entry, asset reconciliation, and portfolio compliance reporting.
• Work with the investment team and liaise with our service providers that are responsible for trade settlement, portfolio compliance calculations and portfolio reporting.
• Lead daily, monthly and quarterly reconciliation efforts and provide the investment team with information and reports to support investment activity in leveraged loans.
• Manage the CLO Warehouse fund finance and cash management process
• Assist with the CLO market valuation process on a quarterly basis
