Job summary

U.S. Bank’s CLO Group seeks a detail-oriented professional to monitor daily reports, process loan-related activity, and maintain accurate investment data across portfolios in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The role offers a hybrid work model with on-site requirements at Chicago, IL or St. Paul, MN locations. Must have 2+ years in relevant work; Overtime at month-end/quarter-end may be required. Strong data interpretation and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily reports and dashboards to identify operational exceptions.
• Process loan-related activity including notices, payments, rate settings and paydowns.
• Maintain accurate loan and asset information in CLO systems and portfolios.
