Atlas Search is seeking an Assistant Controller/Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and operational control for its CLO product suite. The role sits at the intersection of fund accounting, structured credit operations, and external reporting.

The position requires close collaboration with independent trustees, fund administrators, collateral agents, auditors, and regulators to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent CLO financial information for investors and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing CLO accounting and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with trustees, fund administrators, and auditors.
• Strong internal controls and process improvement skills.
• Experience with external audits and investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounting lifecycle for CLO vehicles, including collateral accounting and waterfall mechanics.
• Review trustee reports, payment date reports, note valuation reports, and distribution calculations.
• Coordinate with trustees and administrators to reconcile collateral positions and NAV calculations.
• Prepare and review management-level financial packages and attribution analysis.
