Job summary

Chris Baily seeks a Staff-level professional to oversee compliance and reporting for US CLO platforms within Global Credit Operations. You will support investment capture, funding, treasury management, and administrator oversight, ensuring adherence to indentures and reporting standards.

Collaborate with portfolio management, trading, and structuring teams for daily ops, while managing vendor relationships and producing investor reports and ad-hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline required.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on CLOs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a commitment to learning.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure operational efficiency.
• Experience in compliance testing and reporting within financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance tests for US Middle Market CLOs and Rated Note Fund structures.
• Review and analyze quarterly investor reports and waterfall calculations.
• Conduct hypothetical testing and interpret indentures for compliance verification.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, trading, and structuring teams for operational activities.
• Prepare regular reports for portfolio management and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including fund administration and trustees.
• Support the firm's CLO business through compliance and operational oversight.
• Ensure efficient collaboration across teams to improve organizational processes.
