Job summary

The Carlyle Group in New York hybrid role seeks a Senior Analyst for CLO Compliance to oversee compliance and reporting across the US CLO platform. You will work with operations, fund management and investment teams to support the CLO business.

Responsibilities include reviewing indentures, conducting hypothetical testing, monitoring compliance tests and preparing investor reports, with interaction across Portfolio Management, Trading and Structuring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of overall relevant experience.
• Experience in Financial Services with a focus on CLOs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor US Middle Market CLOs and Rated Note Fund Structure Compliance tests.
• Review quarterly investor reports and waterfall calculations.
• Hypothetical testing and review/interpretation of indentures.
