Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an onsite CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Test Lead in North Chicago, IL. You will collaborate with the Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Salesforce Team, and Deloitte as the SI to ensure business requirements are delivered through the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities include requirements management, fit-gap analysis, end-to-end process validation, SIT/UAT leadership, defect management, and business readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• 3+ years supporting CPQ and/or CLM implementations.
• Experience leading UAT and end-to-end testing programs.
• Experience working with System Integrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and document business processes.
• Own fit-gap analysis between requirements and CPQ/CLM capabilities.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT and defect triage governance.
• Drive readiness for deployment and business signoff.
• Ensure SAP/CRM/ERP integrations align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with architects and Deloitte teams to validate solutions.
