Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, user stories, acceptance criteria, and fit-gap analysis.
• Own functional processes across PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, and Salesforce.
• Validate Quote-to-Cash, pricing, approvals, contract workflows, and CPQ-to-CLM processes.
• Coordinate integration requirements across Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, SAP, middleware, and data platforms.
• Develop and manage SIT, UAT, regression, and go-live testing strategies.
• Lead test case development, execution, defect triage, tracking, and reporting.
• Support business readiness, deployment validation, cutover, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Salesforce/CLM teams.

Seeking a CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst & Test Lead to provide functional leadership for a large enterprise transformation involving Salesforce, PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, and SAP. This is a client-side functional and testing governance role, not a hands-on development/configuration position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, user stories, acceptance criteria, and fit-gap analysis.
• Own functional processes across PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, and Salesforce.
• Validate Quote-to-Cash, pricing, approvals, contract workflows, and CPQ-to-CLM processes.
• Coordinate integration requirements across Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, SAP, middleware, and data platforms.

• Expertise in QTC, CPQ, CLM, sales operations, pricing, and approval processes.
• Experience with Salesforce, Conga CLM, SAP integrations, APIs, and data validation.
• Experience working with System Integrators and large enterprise transformation programs.
• PROS CPQ experience preferred.
• Healthcare, Medical Device, or Life Sciences experience preferred.
