Job summary

Stark America Inc. seeks an experienced CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Test Lead to join the core project team onsite in North Chicago, IL.

You will lead functional governance across CPQ, CLM, Salesforce, and testing, guiding requirements, process validation, and integration coordination with the SI partner. The role focuses on requirements, business readiness, SIT/UAT, defect management, and sign-off, rather than hands-on coding.

Qualifications

• You must have 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• 3+ years supporting CPQ and/or CLM implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Conga CLM, and/or PROS CPQ.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong requirements management and process modeling skills.
• Enterprise transformation and System Integrator exposure.
• Understanding of SAP integration, APIs, data migration, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and validate business processes.
• Provide functional ownership for CPQ, CLM, and Salesforce processes.
• Support Quote-to-Cash, pricing, product configuration, approvals, quoting, and contract lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate integrations across Salesforce, PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, SAP ERP, middleware, and reporting platforms.
• Develop and manage SIT, UAT, regression, and go-live testing strategies.
• Create and review test scenarios, scripts, and data.
• Lead test execution, defect triage, status reporting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain requirements traceability through deployment.
• Support business validation, sign-off, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and SI partners.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Test Lead to join the core project team. The consultant will provide functional leadership across CPQ, CLM, Salesforce, and testing, working closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, technical teams, and the implementation System Integrator.

This is a client-side functional leadership and testing governance role, focused on requirements, business process validation, integration coordination, SIT/UAT, defect management, and business readiness rather than hands-on development or configuration.
