Job summary

Texas Health Resources seeks an CLM Application Analyst to lead configuration updates, approvals, and testing within Icertis CLM. You will coordinate release activities, manage user accounts and security, and align structure and data with business needs in a hybrid environment at corporate Arlington.

You should bring a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT and 4+ years in CLM administration, with strong customer service, problem solving, and ITIL knowledge to ensure smooth operation and governance of

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4 years contract lifecycle management application administration experience.
• Icertis CLM functional experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and problem solving with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of contract management processes and best practices, ITSM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead updates to configuration, document requirements, support testing, and promote changes to upper environments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage Icertis release updates and testing for new features.
• Create, provision, de-provision, and manage user accounts and groups; assign roles.
• Configure and manage security settings and privileges based on user roles.
• Manage organizational structure, units and groups to align with business needs.
• Manage master data, upload legacy documents, delete agreements, and sync linked docs.

Work Location: Texas Health Corporate, 612 E. Lamar Blvd., Arlington, TX 76011

Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (Hybrid work allowed at manager's discretion)

What You Will Do:

Configuration Management: Lead updates to configuration. Document requirements, update configuration, support testing, and promote configuration to upper environment. Update current contract types, templates, data attributes, and workflows to meet end user requirements, or build new ones. Coordinate enhancement requests into 2-week sprints and deliver consistent updates to the application.

• 30% Release Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to manage Icertis release updates, impacts to configuration and process, knowledge sharing, and testing in preparation for new features and functionality.


• 10% User Management: Create, provision, de-provision, and manage user accounts and groups. Assign roles and privileges to ensure appropriate access levels. Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of application-related problems. Act as liaison between Texas Health and Icertis technical customer support teams.


• 20% Security Management: Configure and manage security settings, including creating security groups and assigning privileges based on contract types and user roles.


• 20% Organization Management: Manage the organizational structure, including units and groups, to align with business needs.


• 10% Data Management: Perform tasks such as managing master data tables, uploading legacy documents, deleting agreements, and syncing documents linked to agreements.

What You Need:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field


• Req Experience 4 Years 4 years contract lifecycle management application administration experience.


• Req Icertis CLM Functional Experience preferred.


• Skills: Strong customer service skills. Proven experience as an Application Administrator or similar role, preferably with Icertis or other contract management systems. Strong understanding of user and security management principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of contract management processes and best practices. Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
