Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental-health field and an active Florida license required.
• Requires licensure as LCSW, LMHC or LMFT.
• 1 year of experience with mental health, substance use, and/or co-occurring disorders.

• Completes screenings and assessments.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy (individual, group, and family) to culturally diverse clients of all ages.
• Assess and treat mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders according to best-practice documentation standards.
• Develop treatment plans with patient goals and needs, involve family/collaterals as appropriate, conduct treatment plan reviews with patients as needed.
• Completes case reviews, evaluations, and review and audit of charts.
• Collaborates with staff to ensure patient needs are met.

Skilled in documentation, communication and compassionate care. Committed to providing a therapeutic environment, meticulous documentation, and collaborative care in Outpatient programs.
