Job summary

SalusCare, Inc. in Florida seeks an unlicensed Clinician to provide therapy for patients with mental health and substance use diagnoses in outpatient programs.

You will document meticulously, communicate compassionately, and collaborate with a care team to create a therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy with evidence-based practices, focusing on collaborative care and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a human services field with a major in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Comfortable working with children, families and adults in multiple modalities and locations.
• Competency with company electronic health record and required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services for a diverse population of patients, including children, families and adults.
• Deliver individual, group and family therapy that is evidence-based.
• Deliver 130 hours of patient services per month (1560 hours per year).
• Develop and conduct treatment plans collaboratively with clients.

Looking for an unlicensed Clinician with experience providing therapy for patients with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. Skilled in documentation, communicate and compassionate care. Job Qualifications
