Job summary

SalusCare, Inc. seeks a compassionate Clinician with assessment experience to support multi-campus care for patients with mental health and addiction diagnoses, including adult/child crisis and detox units.

You will perform mental health assessments, manage the CRF intake process, obtain service consent, and ensure meticulous documentation while collaborating with care teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field and 1+ year of direct care experience in behavioral health.
• Master's degree preferred; direct care experience in behavioral health is a plus.
• Must be able to attain competency with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for individuals entering the Centralized Receiving Facility.
• Complete mental health assessments of individuals presenting to the CRF.
• Manage the CRF intake process, securing service consent and preparing required forms.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness across clinical and administrative records.

Job Qualifications:
