Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Transportation Specialist – Medical to support in-home primary care services by driving clinicians to scheduled visits and transporting clients safely. The role requires a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and familiarity with EMR systems, iPad usage, and GPS navigation.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs, drive up to 150 miles daily, and maintain patient confidentiality while supporting the mission of HarmonyCares.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Experience with EMR, iPad, and GPS technology.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and drive up to 150 miles daily.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinician to scheduled visits and transport clients safely.
• Maintain a clean, well-supplied vehicle and equipment.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and proper records.
• Communicate effectively with team members across HarmonyCares.
• Support mission and values in daily patient care.
