Job summary

Prosper Health is seeking a Transport Driver responsible for safely moving residents to appointments and activities using the facility vehicle. The role involves assisting with boarding, securing passengers, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and keeping travel records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to desired destinations using facility vehicle.
• Assist with boarding/disembarking and ensure safety belts are used.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and schedule routine maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of trips, miles, gallons used, and incidents.
• Transports participants to medical appointments and events as needed.
• Support activities by transporting participants to events as coordinated.
• Communicate with patients and coworkers to improve service quality.
