Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Clinician Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment within a specific geographic area. Your responsibilities include sourcing, engaging, interviewing, and coordinating offers for clinicians, working closely with clinical and operational teams to meet regional growth goals. This role directly impacts the delivery of exceptional pediatric care.

Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000, based on experience.

Location: Remote within the contiguous United States.

What You'll Do

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle for clinicians in your assigned region.
2. Develop and execute market-based hiring strategies aligned with local needs.
3. Engage prospective candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
4. Collaborate with team members to meet organizational and regional hiring goals.
5. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
6. Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.

What You'll Need

• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing and physician recruiting.
• Experience in a startup environment, preferably in healthcare.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS/CRM systems.
• Strong research, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
