This position is with gpac, a leading executive search firm established in 1990. We specialize in placing quality professionals across various industries nationwide. Position Overview: This is a commission-driven role where you can earn between 30-80% of your production. No prior recruiting experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training, tools, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
2. Partner with clients to fill urgent positions.
3. Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in successful placements.
4. Utilize recruiting tools and materials proficiently.
5. Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in negotiations.
6. Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
