Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field or equivalent.
Current licensure to practice as an Athletic Trainer in the State of Utah.
Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics (BCS-O).
Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the University of Utah Health RQI system; to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Additional license requirements as determined by the hiring department.

Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for athletic trainer onboarding and training.
Participate in athletic trainer interviews and selection.
Develop and maintain onboarding, training program and materials for athletic trainers.
Mentor Clinic Athletic Trainers.
Set Athletic Training yearly goals.
Athletic Trainer Onboarding, Training, and CEU Development.
Primarily responsible for athletic trainer onboarding and training.
