Job summary

Array Behavioral Care is a leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice seeking a Clinician Experience Liaison to support clinicians from onboarding through full integration into clinical practice.

You will be the primary operational contact, building trust and coordinating with Medical Affairs, Operations, and Clinical Leadership to ensure a seamless clinician experience and high retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of clinician support, practice operations, healthcare administration, or related roles with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for an assigned group of clinicians from onboarding through full integration into clinical practice.
• Build and maintain trust with clinicians by delivering timely, accurate, professional operational support.
• Act as liaison between clinicians and internal teams to route and resolve questions and issues.
• Promote clinician engagement and retention through proactive communication and clear expectations.
• Support execution of clinical and operational initiatives and help clinicians adapt to workflows and systems.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Onboarding, Licensing & Credentialing, IT, Scheduling, and other teams for a seamless clinician experience.
• Capture clinician feedback to inform onboarding improvements and support processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinician interactions and onboarding milestones.
