Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Clinician to provide behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and individual/family/group therapy for participants in the Pursuing Excellence CDS Program. You will coordinate care with internal and external providers and document services per clinical standards.

Travel to participants' homes or community settings is expected. Master’s level licensure is required or preferred with Illinois licensure eligibility for pre-licensed candidates.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required.
• Valid Illinois license in good standing as LCPC/LPC/LMSW/LMFT or other behavioral health license preferred.
• Pre-licensed candidates encouraged to apply and must be eligible for immediate licensure/registration in Illinois.
• Clinical supervision toward independent LCPC licensure provided for counseling track candidates.
• Experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy.
• Coordinate services with internal and external providers.
• Document services accurately and maintain clinical records.
• Respond to crisis situations as appropriate and participate in supervision.
