Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Clinician to provide behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy to individuals and families enrolled in the Shelby County Behavioral Health Program.

The role aims to improve mental health, recovery, and overall well-being through individualized care. Responsibilities include completing evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering individual, family, and group therapy, coordinating services with providers, documenting

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required in mental health or related field.
• Licensed mental health professional credentials in TN preferred with supervision.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with behavioral health disorders.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Coordinate services with internal and external providers.
• Document services and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Respond to crises as appropriate.
