The Connecticut Group Homes provide support for adolescents with developmental disorders who have faced challenging life events. All residents of JRI Connecticut Group Homes benefit from 24/7 supervision and therapeutic assistance aimed at helping them cultivate daily living skills and navigate their community. Clients attend school, work, or vocational programs outside of the group homes.
The Clinician will provide therapy services at both the Chesterfield Group Home located in Oakdale, CT and the River's Edge Group Home located in Thompson, CT.
We provide training in cutting-edge treatment models, such as the ARC framework, Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART) and Neurofeedback Therapy. We offer ongoing monthly professional development through SMART and Family Therapy consultation. Clinical supervision is provided within a multidisciplinary team and we will help you obtain licensure if needed.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
The Clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy to a caseload of five to eight residents. As a vital member of the residents' treatment team, you will be tasked with developing interdisciplinary treatment plans and managing all case documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to uphold professionalism while collaborating with other professionals and agencies as necessary.
