Skilled Wound Care in Phoenix is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to bring nursing expertise into a physician-led wound care model. This relationship-first role welcomes clinicians who want to impact SNF partners and patient outcomes, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with SNF/post-acute experience.
• Strong relationship-building and authentic communication skills.
• Courage to engage new facilities and advocate for our services.
• Wound care knowledge and understanding of SNF operations.
• Willingness to travel 4–5 days per week in the region.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing; business/healthcare training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with SNF administrators and nursing leadership.
• Lead clinical conversations about wound care outcomes and value.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential facilities in your region.
• Maintain long-term relationships with SNF partners.
• Collaborate with physician team for smooth transitions.
• Work toward defined performance goals with training support.
