Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative with a nursing background to advance wound care partnerships with skilled nursing facilities. The role emphasizes clinical credibility, relationship-building, and advocacy for patients and SNFs.

You do not need prior sales experience; comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to enable success from day one. Expect travel within your region to cultivate new partnerships while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active or former RN/LPN or wound care nurse with experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing; business or healthcare management training a plus.
• Strong clinical credibility and ability to build trust quickly with SNF partners.

Responsibilities

• SNF Partnership Development: Build relationships with SNF administrators, directors of nursing, and regional leaders to introduce and grow Skilled Wound Care’s physician-led model.
• Clinical Conversations: Use nursing background to discuss wound care outcomes, treatment protocols, and the clinical and financial value of our services.
• Territory Development: Identify high-potential SNFs and prioritize outreach based on clinical need and partnership fit.
• Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with SNF partners founded on trust and credibility.
• Operational Collaboration: Work with our physician team to ensure smooth transition from new partnership to active wound care service.
• Performance Goals: Achieve defined targets with support from training and leadership.
