Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to build partnerships with skilled nursing facilities. This role leverages nursing expertise to discuss wound care outcomes, protocols, and the clinical and financial value of our physician-led services.

You'll receive full training and support from day one, travel 4–5 days per week within your region, and a path to grow with a team that values clinical credibility and patient advocacy. Salary ranges from $90k to $130k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with SNF/long-term care experience.
• Personable relationship builder who connects authentically with people.
• Courage to step outside comfort zone and advocate for value of services.
• Wound care knowledge including wound assessment and treatment protocols.
• Understanding of how skilled nursing facilities operate and leadership pressures.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and undergo training.
• Willingness to travel 4–5 days per week.
• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing; business/healthcare management training a plus.

Responsibilities

• SNF partnership development with administrators, directors of nursing, and regional leaders.
• Clinical conversations about wound care outcomes, protocols, and value of services.
• Territory development to identify high-potential SNFs and prioritize outreach.
• Relationship management built on trust, credibility, and follow-through.
• Collaborate with physician team to ensure smooth transition to active wound care service.
• Work toward defined performance goals with training and leadership support.
