Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required OR 10+ years RN experience with related healthcare resource or materials management.
• Typically 3 years of experience in acute care clinical setting and related materials management.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall clinical value analysis strategy and goals.
• Lead evaluation of medical products, equipment, and services used in patient care.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and enable favorable negotiations with suppliers.
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Integrate value analysis recommendations into clinical practice and educate stakeholders.
• Establish metrics to measure impact on cost savings and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and safety standards.
